Random Tuesday Thoughts

randomtuesday

Life has been absolutely crazy for the past couple of weeks. I was so sick last week and I'm still getting over that. I'm in hell now because the hubby and daughter are sick.

Can someone tell me why men cannot handle being sick? I would much rather be sick than deal with him being sick.

Abby, of course, is really grouchy too. Yesterday I needed to run up to the store and she gets mad because I won't let her go. She says, "That's no way to treat a sick child!"

I'm slightly irritated that my OB office is asking me to pay a $500 deposit on my care, even though my insurance pays 100%. They don't bill insurance until after the birth for everything. I'm tempted to find another OB.

I'm really craving a yummy potato soup, with lots of cheese. Comfort food.

Spring can't get here fast enough for me. I so sick of cold weather that I wish I could just retreat into a cave somewhere until the temperature gets above 60 degrees. At least daylight savings is coming in a couple of weeks.

You've read my mind today somehow.
I'm with ya on spring coming and the sick man thing...It drives me crazy that my husband can sleep all day when he's sick. And us? Nope. We still have all the normal stuff to do!
And I had potato soup last night with cornbread.

We are all sick here too. My husband admitted the other day that I handle sickness better than he does. Now that he acknowledged his problem we'll work on fixing it.....lol.

Everybody in the office was sort of grumpy and tired of winter today too. Yeah, it seems like it is going forever.

It stinks about the $500. Maybe they are afraid of not getting paid with peeps losing their jobs and benefits and all. Either way, are they paying you interest on that money?!

Men are big babies. After my daughter was born, as in right after I returned from the hospital, my husband caught a cold, A COLD. His mother dashed over and drew him a bath since I was too busy with the baby. I'm divorced now.

For once, hubby has been holding down the fort this time while I moan about how crappy I feel. But normally, he's the WORST sick person.

And lol @ "That's no way to treat a sick child!". Smart kid.

Glad you could play! Happy Tuesday!
