Male pattern baldness...
Well, Ava will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Where does the time go? It seems like it was only yesterday that Abby was a baby. Now she's 5 going on 13. Ava is doing well. She's a good baby compared to Abby as a baby. She does look pretty rough right now. The poor thing has developed baby acne and has eczema on her forehead. As if that's not enough, she's also losing her hair. I was really hoping she wouldn't have eczema. Abby had it pretty bad as a baby. Ava doesn't look as bad but I hate that she has it at all.
Abby has had a tough week. I think all the recent changes have finally caught up to her. She's been very emotional lately. She cried every day this past week about various things. I'm not talking just a few tears. I'm talking crying like she just lost her best friend. If things don't go her way, she falls apart. She's been defiant at times as well. I'm trying to be understanding, but she is definitely testing me.
It's time to get on the weight loss kick. One of my favorite things about being pregnant is that I don't worry at all about my weight. I've already lost all of my pregnancy weight, but I already had plenty of weight to lose. I started the 30 day challenge on my Wii Sports Active last week, but I only managed to get in 2 days. I need to work really hard to work it into my day. I think posting my progress will help me with motivation to do what I need to do. We shall see.

Hi there April! I am new to your blog (very cute by the way!) and I wanted to share some of my mommy vs. Eczema story with you. I am so sorry for your little Ava developing Eczema. Our little boy has suffered from severe Eczema too since he was a baby and it has been a long and difficult road for us.
I know how hard it is when your baby does not feel well from this. It has been such a difficult challenge for us to find something to help our son feel better, to stop the itch, and to not have to take meds with potentially harmful effects.
He did take different medications and we used many types of creams without much improvement at all. In fact, his allergist put him on steroids for so long that he became steroid dependent and needed a doctor to wean him off. It was hurting his body and not helping.
After a lot of searching for something safer we were told about Vidazorb chewable probiotics. We read tons of stuff on how great probiotics are and how they are being shown to help with things like allergies and Eczema. We tried it….and it WORKED!!! He has only minimal signs of his once very severe Eczema, and looks and feels great!!! He can now eat lots of different foods that we thought he reacted to in the past, and his skin is just amazing. He loves taking them too, they are the kids chewables and they are cute and taste yummy. Not to mention that they are great for boosting immunities too- we give them to both of our kids.
I am sorry for such a long novel, but I wanted to offer you this hope and to share how blessed we have been to have found our Vidazorb. Hang in there :) I know Ava is still pretty young but I just hope you will keep this advice close to your heart so that if you ever need it, it is there. God's blessings.
