Weight loss progress

Last week totally got away from me. I was so busy every day. I did go to my weigh-in last week and only lost .2 pounds. I'm not sure why, except maybe it was because it was about to be "that time of the month". Today at my weigh-in I was down 1.6 pounds. So, after 3 weeks I've lost 3 pounds. I guess I can't complain about that. This past week was tough, but I managed to make it through. My big challenge right now is to get in the exercise. I've only managed 2 days a week for the past 2 weeks. I vow to make this week better. I'm sure that would boost the weight loss also.

Okay. Just read a bit and realized you work and have a 3 month old. Knowing that...shred when you can, but I need to warn you of something...

There is a lot of jumping (at least in level 3). Make sure you are current on your kegels. TMI, I know, but from one mom to another...you'll want to be sure you're good before you start some jumping. lol

Oh...and take it easy on the weight loss goals. You just had a baby!!! If you are nursing, your body will naturally hold onto a lot of weight until about 6 months or so when it senses your baby's feeding habits change. And if you are not nursing, I'm sure it takes some time for your body to adjust hormonally and everything.

You should be focused on getting some good quality sleep. And making tasty banana crepes. I loved that picture! I can't flip crepes, I'm a loser that way, or I'd totally make those!
